Default Sound Blocking Materials

For my next mod im looking for some thin (between 1/16th and 1/4th inch) flexible material that blocks out sound. What would be best?

Well im not going to be using it for school, I kinda want to learn, and its hard enough to learn in my school already without a sound blocking sweater.

It just seemed to be a cool idea, and I wanted to try it.
